blue pen
bowl, water
1 candle (or more)
-purple, blue, or white
* Light the candle.
* Close your eyes and place your hand on yoour forehead, over the Third Eye chakra. Visualize your third eye poening, waking up from a long sleep.
* Draw a simple picture to represent yourself with the Eye of Horus on your head.
* Fold the paper into a small square, and sumerge it in the water.
* Allow the paper to soak up the energy and when you feel it is full, remove it.
* Bury the paper in the Earth, giving the energy back to the Goddess.
* Pour the rest of the water into the Earth, and thank the Goddess for being present and for helping you awaken your inner power.
